Home Care Services in Pembroke Park
Eight services that can be booked on their own or written together into one plan, so a single aide covers the whole visit instead of three people covering three jobs.
Everything an aide can cover
Each one has its own page explaining what it involves, when families usually ask for it, and how it is scheduled.
Home Health Aide Services
A trained aide working to a written plan — personal care, mobility, meals and daily observation of how your parent is really doing.
What this covers →Personal Care
Hands-on help with the things people most hate to ask for — washing, dressing, toileting and transfers — done without taking anyone's dignity with it.
What this covers →Companion Care
Someone in the house for the hours nobody else can be — conversation, lunch, a walk, a hand of cards, and an eye on how the day is going.
What this covers →Bathing, Dressing & Grooming Assistance
The shower, the clothes, the shave and the hair — the daily routine that keeps someone feeling like themselves, handled by an aide trained to protect privacy.
What this covers →Mobility Assistance & Fall Prevention
Safe transfers, walking support and the unglamorous work of clearing the hazards that cause most falls at home.
What this covers →Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support
Shopping, cooking and sitting down to meals your parent will actually eat, inside whatever diet the doctor has set.
What this covers →Light Housekeeping
Laundry, dishes, bed changes and the bathroom — the housework that keeps a home safe to live in, done inside the care visit.
What this covers →Private Pay Home Care
Care arranged directly with the family — the rate, the minimum shift and what is included agreed before the first visit, with no authorisation to wait on.
What this covers →Booked separately, delivered together
Three things worth knowing before you pick from the list.
One aide, several jobs
A two-hour visit normally covers a shower, a meal, a load of laundry and twenty minutes of company. You are not booking four separate services; you are booking hours, and the plan decides how they are spent.
Start narrow, widen later
Most families begin with the single thing that has become impossible — usually the shower or the midday meal — and add from there once they can see what the hours are really doing.
The plan is reviewed, not fixed
What a person needs in March is rarely what they need in September. The plan gets revisited, and the hours move with it in both directions.
Describe the situation and we will tell you which of these applies
Families rarely arrive knowing the right name for what they need, and they do not have to. Tell us what is going wrong and we will map it onto the list.

We will talk through what is happening, what care would look like, and what it would cost — and you can take that away and think about it.
